Andrew Kessel served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Clinton Foundation from 2004 to February 2022. He played a crucial leadership role in managing the Foundation's growth as it transitioned from focusing on the establishment of the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, AR, to becoming a global operating foundation involved in major initiatives around the world.
Andrew graduated from the Wharton School in 1978 and spent seventeen years on Wall Street as a trader and trading manager. His focus was on mortgage and asset-backed securities, and he worked with Barclays PLC, Kidder Peabody, and Citigroup. In 1998, he moved to Little Rock and became involved in the Bio-Ventures Incubator at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Later, he served as Comptroller for General Wesley Clark’s Presidential Bid in 2003-2004 before joining the Clinton Foundation, where he worked for 18 years.
